Q: How soon can I expect my prints once I have placed my order?
Prints are typically ready within 2 weeks. They are shipped via USPS/UPS, which can take an additional to 1-2 weeks. Shipping charges and sales taxes may apply. Please note that I frequently travel which can influence the delivery time. If this is the case I will let you know an approximate shipping date.
Q: What is your shipping policy & costs?
DOMESTIC
Locals in the Omaha metro area can have their prints delivered free of charge.
Shipping is included free for archival prints sent within the United States. All other print options will be quoted a fee based on the size and type of print.
We ship USPS/UPS insured priority, which takes about 1-2 weeks. If you would like your print(s) faster, contact us for a minimal courier shipping charge.
We do not mark up on shipping, you pay what we are charged to ship.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders will pay all shipping costs, contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Customs fees, local taxes and duty charges may apply and will be charged.

Q: Will my print look like the image on my screen?
Your print may differ slightly but will match the true colors of the original photo. How an image appears on your screen depends on your devices’ settings such as contrast, brightness, color profile etc. Most likely your screen doesn’t display the same colors as a professionally calibrated monitor and printer. Therefore your print will usually look better in person, especially if viewed under proper lighting.
Q: What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity, included with all of my prints except the 8 x 10”, is a signed document proving authenticity and containing details about the work for the purchaser’s reference. It adds value to the print and protection to the owner if there is any question as to the genuine nature and origin of the print.
